Try Flotation Therapy

I've been curious about this for some time because I thought it might be a good way to alleviate my pain and shut off my brain for an hour. Unfortunately, that didn't work out. I got hot and motion sick almost immediately. My appointment was for an hour, but I ended up getting out after about 15-20 minutes because I thought I was going to throw up. <sad trombone >

I think if I stayed the whole hour, it could've been transformative, but despite my experience, I still highly recommend others try it, and if you're in Chicago, go to Float Sixty. The staff is extremely helpful and caring.

Catching Up

I took a bit of an unintentional hiatus, but I'm back! And I'm rewinding the clock. I want to accomplish these goals. I feel refocused. It's time to move forward.
